Wednesdays, 10 – 11 a.m. February 5, 12, 19, 26. In person at the Forks Senior Center (101 N Albion St, Albion, MI 49224). Class size unlimited. The class is also open to member of the Forks Senior Center.

Pat Wilson has practiced and led tai chi and qigong classes for over 20 years. Her focus is on a collection of gentle, separate, beneficial movements which one may think of to do outside of class. This method is different than a single flow series of movements as taught in Tai Chi for Arthritis. Both those new to tai chi and those with experience are welcome to join. The class is open to women and men, and all movements can be done standing or sitting, according to your ability.
